The machine is built with a frame with draining net, assembled on elastic bodies and activated by a vibrator. On the bottom is placed a tank for collecting the must, coming from fermentation tanks or presses.
Completely made in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
The wine passes into the diffuser and expands on a curved net sector, which carries out a first separation of the liquid from the skins and seeds. Then the product passes to the second net. The vibration of the frame facilitates the separation of the last liquid fractions. It allows the advancement of solid parts up to the discharge and keeps the nets clean.
The clean must is collected in the tank below, ready to be forwarded to storage tanks.
