No. 2 box Washer, model LP Simplex, manufactured with PE500 polyethylene heat-welded panels externally reinforced with a stainless steel AISI 304 frame, mounted on a trolley with 4 swivel wheels.
The closed-loop washing circuit consists of:

a water containment tank, integrated into the structure, complete with full drain outlet.

a centrifugal pump with stainless steel impeller, driven by a three-phase electric motor.

a connection manifold and 8 pipes running parallel to the crate sliding guides; the pipes feature slots that generate water jets to effectively wash both the inside and outside of the crates.

a drawer with draining mesh, through which the water falls back into the containment tank while solid residues are retained.
Unit with crate transfer chain, complete with motor and mechanical speed variator.
