Il\u00a0<\/span><\/span>colmatore automatico nasce dall\u2019esigenza di velocizzare l\u2019operazione di rabbocco del livello del vino nelle barriques impostando meccanicamente il livello in modo che su tutte le barriques sia uguale e avendo al seguito una buona scorta di prodotto senza doverne sopportare il relativo peso.<\/span><\/h3>\n

La macchina consente di rabboccare le barriques in modo automatico tramite l\u2019azione di un gas inerte (per esempio Azoto) e senza lo sbattimento del prodotto che si avrebbe al contrario utilizzando una pompa.<\/p>\n

Il serbatoio viene riempito di vino e collegato alla bombola di azoto (esclusa dalla fornitura). L\u2019operatore inserisce la pistola di rabbocco nel foro della barrique, preme l\u2019apposito pulsante posto sulla pistola erogatrice e per effetto della pressione dell\u2019azoto che spinge il vino all\u2019interno del serbatoio, il vino entra nella barrique.<\/p>\n

La pistola ad arresto automatico velocizza enormemente l\u2019operazione di colmatura e garantisce il livello corretto su tutte le barriques.<\/p>\n

The barrels top filler has the goal to speed up the topping up of the wine level in the barriques.<\/h3>\r\nBy mechanically setting the level probes it is possible to ensure the same wine level into all the barriques, so to have a good supply of product without having to bear the relative weight.\r\n\r\nThe machine allows to top up the barriques automatically through the action of an inert gas (for example Nitrogen) and without stressing the wine like it would occur by using a pump.\r\n\r\nThe operator inserts the topping gun into the\u00a0barrique's\u00a0hole , presses the appropriate button and by means of the nitrogen pressure that pushes the wine into the tank, the wine enters the barrique.\r\n\r\nThe automatic stop gun greatly speeds up the filling operation and guarantees the correct level on all the barrels.\r\n
