La pompa peristaltica \u00e8 il nuovo sistema soffice e delicato per il trasporto di fluidi pi\u00f9 o meno densi. La pompa \u00e8 adatta a lavorare con liquidi (vino, succhi di frutta, latte, olio), con prodotti semisolidi (uva intera, pigiata, diraspata, pomodoro, macedonia) o prodotti abrasivi (vinaccia, mangime, macinato, intonaco, calcestruzzo). Il principio di funzionamento di questa pompa si basa sulla pressione di rulli rotanti che, schiacciando in modo progressivo un tubo di gomma, pro- vocano la spinta del prodotto verso l\u2019uscita. L\u2019alternanza tra compressione e rilassamento del tubo genera un richiamo continuo del prodotto e di conseguenza una mandata co- stante. I vantaggi dati da questa pompa sono quelli di poter operare evitando ossidazioni, sbattimenti, emulsioni, schiacciamento di acini o vinaccioli ed il contatto tra pro- dotto ed elemento pompante<\/span><\/p>\n

SISTEMA VUOTO CONTINUO<\/span><\/h2>\n

Il sistema SCV, Sistema Vuoto Continuo, consiste nell\u2019applicazione di una pompa vuoto elettrica e di un vacuostato che favoriscono l\u2019apertura totale del tubo all\u2019interno della cassa a tenuta semiermetica. Il risultato \u00e8 di maggiori pre- stazioni nel travaso di prodotti abrasivi e minor schiacciamento del prodotto.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

RP SERIES<\/h2>\r\n

The PERISTALTIC PUMP is the latest gentle and delicate system for the transfer of fluids with different kind of density.<\/p>\r\n

The pump is suitable for working with liquids (wine, fruit juices, milk, oil), with semi-solid products (whole grapes, crushed, de-stemmed, tomato, fruit salad) or abrasive products (marc, feed, ground, plaster, concrete).<\/p>\r\n

The operating principle of this pump is based on the pressure of rotating rollers which, by gradually crushing a rubber tube, cause the product to be pushed towards the outlet. The alternation between compression and relaxation of the tube generates a continuous product recall and consequently a constant delivery.<\/p>\r\n

The advantages given by this pump are those of being able to operate avoiding oxidation, flapping, emulsions, crushing of berries or grape seeds and the contact between product and pumping element.<\/p>\r\n

The SCV system, Continuous Vacuum System<\/strong>, consists in the application of an electric vacuum pump and a vacuum switch that favor the total opening of the tube inside the semi-hermetically sealed casing.<\/p>\r\n

The result is greater performance in the transfer of abrasive products and less crushing of the product.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
