Il prodotto viene convogliato da una coclea fino all’interno della pompa (2), dove l’azione di un rotore ellittico in acciaio inox (3), tramite una valvola separatrice (4), lo spinge nel tubo di mandata (5)<\/p>\n

POMPE A ROTORE ELLITICO<\/H2><\/p>\n

La struttura della pompa \u00e8 totalmente realizzata con tecniche di carpenteria ed \u00e8 montata su una vasca con coclea. Tutte le parti sono in acciaio inox AISI 304. Il rotore ellittico \u00e8 realizzato in materiale termoplastico ad alta resistenza.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 montato su ruote, facilitando cos\u00ec gli spostamenti nelle cantine ed \u00e8 dotato di un semplice dispositivo antivibrante che conferisce un elevato grado di stabilit\u00e0 quando \u00e8 fermo durante le fasi di lavoro.<\/p>\n

La pompa \u00e8 adatta al travaso di uve intere o pigiate e di vinacce fresche o fermentate. Il prodotto viene introdotto nel corpo pompa dall’alimentatore ed \u00e8 qui, per l’azione combinata del rotore e della valvola di regolazione dello spessore perimetrale, che viene spinto verso l’uscita e convogliato a destinazione tramite tubazioni.<\/p>\n

Il prodotto viene trasferito da un’azione di compressione e non da una forza centrifuga, dando cos\u00ec un prodotto finale di alta qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Qualora la pompa venga utilizzata con prevalenze elevate o con lunghi tratti di tubazione, si consiglia di dotare la macchina di una vasca equalizzatrice di scarico in modo da ridurre le sollecitazioni e aumentare la stabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

All parts are in inox AISI 304 steel. The elliptical rotor is made of a highly resistant thermo-plastic material.<\/span>\r\n\r\nIt is wheel-mounted, thus making it easier to move in cellar areas and has a simple vibration damping device which gives a high degree of stability when it is stationary during work phases.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThe pump is suitable for the transfer of whole or pressed grapes and of fresh or fermented dregs. The product is introduced into the pump body by the feeder and it is here, as a result of the combined action of the rotor and perimetral shim adjustment valve, that is pushed towards the exit and conveyed to its destination by means of pipes.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThe product is transferred by a compressive action and not by a centrifugal force, thus giving a high quality end-product.<\/span>\r\n\r\nShould the pump be used with high heads or with long pipe stretches, it is advisable to fit the machine with a discharge equalizing tank so as to reduce stress and increase stability.<\/span>\r\n
