Il Follatore Tecme Apollo \u00e8 una macchina follatrice automatica costruita su telaio in acciaio inox Aisi 304 con 4 ruote. L’impianto \u00e8 mobile in modo da essere posto sopra la vasca di fermentazione per consentire il ciclo di follature alle vinacce.<\/p>\n
Il disco di follatura esegue pi\u00f9 spinte all’interno della vasca in posizioni predeterminate, partendo automaticamente dalla posizione centrale spostandosi poi in tutta la zona circostante, riuscendo cos\u00ec a coprire l’intera superficie della vasca.<\/p>\n
Il ciclo \u00e8 gestito da un PLC con programmi differenti a seconda del metodo di lavoro. Il sistema \u00e8 completato da un doppio cilindro pneumatico che permette di ottenere maggiore profondit\u00e0 nel processo di follatura.<\/p>\n
I cilindri sono realizzati in acciaio inox lucido per garantire una migliore condizione di pulizia \/ igiene.<\/p>\n

The Tecme Apollo is an automatic punch down machine builit on a Stainless steel Aisi 304 frame with 4 casters. The plant is movable so to be place over the fermentation tank in order to enable the punching down cycle to the pomace.<\/p>\r\n
The punching down disc performs several thrusts inside the tank in predetermined positions, automatically starting from the central position moving then to all the sorrounding area, thus managing to cover the entire surface of the tank.<\/p>\r\n
The cycle is managed by a PLC with different programs according the work method. The system is completed by a double pneumatic cylinder which permits to obtain major depth\/profundity in the punching down process.<\/p>\r\n
